Last Sunday, 07/04/2021, Jornal Diário de Notícias published a recipe with the new Cream Cheese Ice Cream by Chef Diogo Rocha with the harmonization of the “Lemos Rosé” wine. This dish is present in the Menu of the Michelin Star restaurant Mesa de Lemos in Viseu.
