Nutriva, a company that produces and distributes deep-frozen food products based in Coimbra, launched last Christmas the Bolo Rei 500g.

A traditional product, pre-cooked deep-frozen, with a “new look” adapted to the current needs of different types of customers. It only needs a quick finish of 3-5 minutes in the oven, finishing with the glossy decoration and the sugar included in the package.

The target audience for this product is the HORECA Channel, more specifically, bakeries and pastry shops that, due to the pandemic, have less labor and, consequently, less time for production.

Nutriva has a factory in Vila Nova de Poiares and offers deep-frozen bakery products, pastries, snacks, desserts, handmade ice creams, creams and ready-to-eat meals.
